Lindsay Lohan’s troubles just keep on piling up. A new lawsuit accuses the actress of allegedly engaging in unethical business practices.
The Mean Girls star was served with the papers on Tuesday as she arrived at a court in Los Angeles for a progress report hearing in relation to her probation violation last year.
TMZ.com reports that the lawsuit, which seeks damages to the tune of $300,000, was filed by Thomas A. Green – a resident of California who states that Lohan led him to believe through correspondence on Facebook that she would finance his upcoming business venture.
