Princess Letizia of Spain was at the Zarzuela Palace in Madrid on November 19 where the Board of the Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases (ERDF) held a meet for their new representatives.

The ERDF have long been campaigning for a bill to create a plan for those suffering from rare diseases. The princess definitely seems to be on board with the idea. She looked classy and pulled-together as usual at the event.

She was wearing a red, white and black plaid pencil skirt with a matching jacket and a white lace blouse underneath. The outfit was accessorized with beige pumps and star-shaped diamond studs.

Her elegance was personified by her effortlessly wavy hair left loose from a center parting. She swiped on what appears to be transparent mascara to give her lashes a fluttery look while still appearing natural. A little eye liner and a dab of natural lip color completed her look.
