“9/11” Runway meets MBFW designers team
MyGoodDeed announced a collaboration with designers at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, in the Tents, to promote awareness and participation, within the fashion community, of the 9/11 Day of Service initiative.
MyGoodDeed will also sponsor an online auction, meant for charity, to begin on 9/11. The auction will feature Spring 2010 collection items donated by many top designers including Donna Karan, Tracy Reece, Valvo, Phillip Lim, Vivenne Tam, etc.
The Spring runway, historically, shows fall during the week of 9/11. However, the day has been commemorated to mark the moments when the World Trade Center towers were struck, with remembrance and moments of silence under the Bryant Park Tents.

MyGoodDeed is also working, in preparation for the 10 th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, just two years away, with Landor Associates to develop the 9/11 Day of Service identity.
