Presley Gerber, the model and only son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, has died at the age of 27.
The death was confirmed on September 20, 2026. According to records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Presley died on Sunday at a rehabilitation facility. A cause of death has not yet been released, and further medical examination is pending.
His family has asked for privacy as they process the loss.
“The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time,” a representative said in a brief statement shared with the media.
Growing Up in a Famous Fashion Family
Presley was the elder child of Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, and the older brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber.
Like his mother and sister, he entered the fashion world at a young age. Presley began modelling as a teenager and was signed by IMG Models at 15. Over the years, he appeared in campaigns and runway shows and became part of a new generation closely connected to the legacy of 1990s supermodel culture.
But Presley was never simply a copy of the polished fashion world around him.
