The 22-year-old singer was going for a bit of a retro hairdo to complement her demure dress. Her blond hair was gently pulled back in a romantic chignon at the nape of her neck. Her girly full bangs were combed down the front and grazed her eyebrows while a few longer strands at the side were pulled loose from the chignon to casually frame her face.
This soft, feminine hairstyle earns top points in our book. It is sophisticated and mature without being dowdy. But mostly, it works because of Taylor’s own pretty features. The blonde hair combed down the forehead make the blue of her mascaraed eyes and pretty coral lips stand out. The inherent charm and timelessness of the chignon gives her look the perfect finishing touch.
