Victoria Rowell was fun in an off-shoulder maxi with a life-affirming butterfly print. The more-colorful flowy dress makes you think of summer days at the lake or picnics in the meadow. Purple shrug detailing around the bust brought just the right amount of elegance to make this right for the red carpet.
