We thought singer Taylor Swift had given up on sparkly red carpet outfits. She still rocked some seriously fashion-forward outfits but we missed the sequins and shine that she started out with and became known for. Our wishes have been coming true as she has been seen in one dazzling ensemble after another at red carpet events recently. Her latest was at the 40th Annual American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California on November 18.

Taylor sported a glam mini dress which consisted of full-sleeve gold lace overlay against a nude mini underneath. The lace was embroidered with exquisite beads and gold in a floral, feminine pattern. The dress also featured a V-cut back with lace on the edges. Glamour, glitter, sparkle and shine – Taylor’s outfit is gold in more ways than one.
She accessorized with strappy glittery heels by Jimmy Choos and delicate earrings by Neil Lane.

The ensemble was oozing oodles of sex appeal thanks in part to her smokey eye makeup and soft kissable pink lips. Her hair was styled in a low bun – a popular do that evening – with her smooth-as-silk brow-grazing bangs combed forward to frame those come-hither eyes.
