Actress Eva Longoria was spotted with strange white powder underneath her eyes at Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood on the 4th of January 2011.
It seems the actress is having some serious makeup issues. Eva was wearing a gray knit top paired with black leggings and knee-high boots.
This kind of makeup disaster is becoming more common among the celebrities these days. Last year we have seen Nicole Kidman and Selena Gomez sporting similar makeup disaster at different red carpet events.
