On September 16th, Ciara was spotted in Beverly Hills, California leaving the Cheesecake Factory in a black wrap around skirt and white vest looking collected, relaxed and confident. The figure-hugging ensemble was a perfect choice for a summer day spent outdoors.
The Love, Sex, Magic hitmaker did up her long, straight locks in a classic ponytail. She accessorized the look with large black-framed sunglasses and a gorgeous pair of flat Roman sandals.
Ciara kept her makeup natural, not that the beautiful singer/actress needs much to look good. A silver pendant adorned her neck and stud earrings her ears.

To jazz up this look, wear a pair of heels. You can give the ensemble a more feminine feel by teaming it with a pretty stole. If the outfit is for night time, opt for a glittery stole and go a little heavier on the makeup. The skirt and vest make for great work wear too if you add a sharp blazer that matches the skirt, and pumps.
