Actress Freida Pinto accompanied boyfriend Dev Patel to the 44th NAACP Image Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California on February 1 where he was nominee for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. He may have been the reason they were there, but it was obviously Freida who was doing all the rocking on the red carpet.

The Indian-born beauty wore a creation by a designer from her country. Freida sported a floor-sweeping emerald gown by James Ferreira. The one-shoulder number featured a cinched in waist, spattered sequin detailing on the bust and a subtly draped skirt.
She accessorized the outfit with a scarlet sequinned clutch by Judith Leiber, strappy gold heels and delicate jewellery by Jacob and Co.

Freida kept her makeup to a minimum, opting for only black liner to define her peepers. Her wavy brown hair was swept smoothly over one shoulder to complete her look.
