Rihanna is back with a new hair-do and this time, it has nothing to do with bold colors, sexy bangs, edgy bobs or anything like RiRi! Make a guess. Her new hairstyle was a dark (jet black?) color, long almost reaching her waist and was not a professional sleek-straight or wavy texture that we’ve envied almost every time, but was actually, a very natural ‘almost’ straight hair. The eight times Grammy winner debuted this new hair at her 2nd annual Diamond Ball held at Barker Hanger in Santa Monica on December 10th, 2015. For those who are not in the know, it is charity event founded in 2012 in honour of Rihanna’s grandparents and the proceeds goes to the Clara Lionel Foundation.

A very, should we say ‘normal’ hair where even the ends had an uneven flipped look. If natural was what she was going for, it couldn’t have been done better than this. But somehow, Rihanna’s new hair looked stunning against the metallic light-gold Dior gown and perfectly subtle makeup. Even the exquisite Cartier diamonds seemed to sparkle further against the dark tresses!
We say, trust it to Rihanna to give a rockstar appeal to even the most subtle styles. So ladies, throw away those curlers and straighteners, leave behind the colors and head accessories because when it comes to hair, natural is the latest style mantra. Rock’em like RiRi!
