Canadian actress Shay Mitchell raised temperatures at the “Pretty Little Liars” Paley Event at the Paley Center For Media in Beverly Hills, California on June 10.

Shay sported high-waist powder blue shorts with a neon yellow top tucked into them. The contrasting colors were eye-catching, to say the least. She rounded off the outfit with a matching blazer that had neon yellow piping on the shoulders. A nice touch!

She accessorized with a gold chain, stellar metallic gold wedge heels, and an equally gorgeous metallic gold clutch – all of which took up her glam factor several notches.

While her outfit was making a statement, her makeup and hairstyle were not far behind. The fashionista’s glossy brown locks looked a dream as they made their way in loose curls down her shoulders. Her cheeks were lit up with a hint of orange blush and her eyes accentuated by liner and nude eye shadow. The most outstanding thing about her makeup, however, was her fresh pink lippie.
