Bollywood actors Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma paid tribute to Chopra by beginning the promotions for the film in Jalandhar, his home town.

The trio held a press meet at the Hotel Cabana on November 7.
Shahrukh was his usually dapper self in dark jeans, a black tee and a blue blazer. He chatted with fans and the press, saying that Chopra had wanted to start promoting the film in Jalandhar.
Katrina sported light blue jeans, a white tee and a coral blazer while Anoushka went with leather pants and a white shirt with gold detailing.
Apart from the meet and greet, the actors also made their way to Daoba College where Chopra studied. The college is starting a new media course to commemorate him and the three stars of his last movie inaugurated at a small event there.
