Designer Neeta Lulla showcased her bridal collection at the Shehnai 2013 fashion show at JW Marriott in Juhu, Mumbai recently.
It was a magnificent show, brimming over with color, creativity and feminine silhouettes that were both playfully flirty and majestically mature.

The collection saw the usual array of lehenga-cholis and saris, but what gorgeous color and texture combinations! Neeta borrowed from a very wide palette ranging from maroon, mustard, turquoise, peacock blue, purple, black and pink in addition to the traditional red.

Very few of the ensembles were accessorized heavily. Most of them depended on very elegant drop earrings and cuff bracelets for bridal glam. Only one or two were spotted with elaborate neck pieces which were understated by Indian bridal standards, and balanced out by the absence of any other jewellery.

We love the side-swept curls that rounded off the models’ looks. Low-key enough to allow the outfits to be in the limelight, but still pretty enough to enhance the femininity that is the essence of the line.

Several B-town celebs walked the ramp for Neeta including Sonal Chauhan, Vidya Malvade, Hrishitaa Bhatt, Sheeba and Bhagyashree.
