Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu sure knows how to make an entrance. She was a vision in pink as she attended the premiere of the film “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” in Mumbai, India on November 12.

A one-shoulder evening number was her garment of choice for the evening. It also featured a thigh-high split that shows you just how much work she puts into maintaining those legs.
She was aiming for an over-the-top look and accomplished it mainly because of her accessories. Check out her diamond-studded strappy heels, for one thing! Then move on to the statement gold and diamond neck piece she sported. An off-white box clutch purse with gold accents and a diamond ring were the only subtle accessories.

The style diva carried the strong notes of her outfit over to her makeup too. Fake eye lashes were heavily mascarraed, her peepers were darkly lined, her cheeks were suffused with rose blush and an asking-to-be-kissed pink lip gloss rounded it all off.
Although partial to curls, Bipasha styled her hair straight for this event and brushed her curls to the side of her forehead in a coquettish way.

One-shoulder and thigh-high split in the same ensemble! A daring combo that you should only sport if you have the confidence for it. Black is an all-time favourite for the style but bolder colors like Bipasha’s are all the rage right now so jump on the bandwagon if you have what it takes.
Ditch the bling if you want to go a little low key, well, as low key as you can be in a dress like that! Don’t underestimate the power of understated. We do recommend sequinned shoes though – they’ll play on the innate glamour of the dress and bring just the right amount of oomph to the ensemble
