Bollywood actress Kangna Ranaut was on hand during the National Award winners (women) felicitation ceremony hosted by the Women in Film and Television for their contribution to Indian Cinema in Mumbai, India on May 9.

Kangana was rocking one of the most elite trends of the year and one of the hardest to pull off – jewel tones. She sported a strapless, knee-length ensemble consisting of a sapphire blue peplum bodice accentuated with a black satin belt, and a sequinned emerald pencil skirt.
Black pumps were her only accessory. The look – all Burberry – is reminiscent of the one Freida Pinto sported at London Fashion Week in February. The top is, in fact, the very same one, although we’d be hard-pressed to say who wore it better.
A retro curly updo and bold red lips completed her look.
