Shilpa Shetty caught our attention at the ‘Suron Ke Rang’ red carpet event organized in honour of the late Gulshan Kumar, jointly by T-Series and Colors.
Pre-stitched Saree by Tarun Tahiliani
Shilpa’s outfit, we found out was a creation by one of her favourite designers – Tarun Tahiliani. An interesting version of a pre-stitched saree, it had 70s inspired draping, a myriad of pink and purple hues, a plunging deep-V neckline and even frill detailings. All in all, it was confusing and even with the Tarun Tahiliani tagline, failed to impress.

But Shilpa pulled off the look! This was mainly because the overall styling was something we would term as ‘perfection’. Her charcoal grey smokey eyes and nude lips topped with shiny gloss was just the kind of make-up that we were hoping for. The jewelleries were also not over-the-top, just statement stud earrings, bracelet and a shimmery ball clutch. Also, we do have to admit that the sari did help accentuate her envious curves. So yes, we give the thumbs up! Shilpa looked stunning.
