Traditional Fashion for Kids

September 18, 2012 by madhulina

Kids should have some fun with fashion this Ganesh Chaturthi. Treat your kids with some traditional fashion while you go out for festive shopping.

Dressing up in traditional pieces can be a fun activity for your kid and you as well. Refer to the tips below and dress-up your doll.

Lehenga for your Little princess

Traditional fashion for kids-indian festival ganesh chaturthi Lehenga – choli  is a great option for kids this Festive season.

Beautiful lehengas with mirror-work or zari will set up the little one for some traditional adventure. Breathable fabrics are a must as, children love running about the pandals. It would be mighty difficult for you to keep them dry. Invest in a cotton based fabric to see her through the day.

Tiny Tip: Dainty lehengas should be paired with colorful bangles to add that perk to her outfit.

The whole 6-yards

Traditional fashion for kids-saree indian festival ganesh chaturthiWho said saris are tiresome for the kids? Though, it won’t go the whole 9-yards, I think 6-yards is perfect enough! Bright colored saris in contrasting blouses and minimum jewellery to match; so adorable! Your little girl is growing up!

Oh! We can already see tears welling up your eyes!

A thin liner on her pretty eyes and some lip gloss will make her the diva among her friends. I’m sure she is going to love it!

Tiny Tip: We recommend a Mekhla for your girl. It is easy to wear and run about in.

Festive Staple: The Kurti

Traditional fashion kids-indian festival ganesh chaturthiThis is an attire you will be pleased to find your daughter in! The girl deserves to look trendy in ethnic wear. Team hers with the right accessories like chunky bangles, a small bindi and lovely open hair. Define her eyes with kohl and definitely put the nazar tikka on your angel’s chin.

Our tips are totally hassle-free! Isn’t it!

We caught the sigh you tried to conceal. Ahh! You needn’t thank us, it’s our pleasure.
